Jason has been a practicing physical therapist in Hot Springs for the past decade, working with patients of all ages and conditions. Over the past 20+ years, he has worked in a variety of settings including inpatient care, home health, pediatrics, collegiate athletics, and outpatient care where his primary focus has been on post-operative and acute injury recovery. Born and raised in Warren, AR, he received his training and education at Arkansas State University and Boston University. Moving to Hot Springs in 2011 with wife, Julie, and son, Logan, he and his family have enjoyed all that the area has to offer in outdoor activities.

Business Director, Owner
Bill was born and raised in Hot Springs. After graduating from Lakeside, he attended Henderson State University, where he received his BSE. He has been working in physical therapy billing and office management since 2006. He and his wife, Sandra, are raising their two boys, Bill Jr. and Nate. They spend their time camping, fishing, hunting, and spending time with family.

Patient Coordinator
Jason's wife, Julie, began her career as a cardiac sonographer (echo tech) after graduating with a BS from UAMS in Little Rock. She practiced for several years before deciding to stay home and raise their son, Logan, eventually becoming his teacher for the past 10 years at home.

Physical Therapy Aide
Lyanna was raised in Royal, and graduated from Lake Hamilton High School, and comes to us with over six years of experience as a PT Aide. In her spare time, she likes to spend quality time with friends and family, help her husband with their heating and air business (Mike's Heating & Air), all while raising their five kids (Henry, Blakely, Harrison, Jaxon and Andrew).

Crystal was raised in Mill Creek, Oklahoma, and earned her Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from East Central University. She and her husband, Aaron, moved to Hot Springs in 2022 with their two sons, Keilan & Kayson. In her free time, she enjoys running and training for half/full marathons, spending time with family, friends, and pets, and has recently taken up gardening to relax.

Physical Therapy Aide
Dakota has lived in Hot Springs her whole life, attending Lake Hamilton all the way through graduation. She is currently pursuing degrees through National Park College in business marketing and nursing. Her goals are to have a healthy faith-based family and to get her masters degree as a pediatric nurse practitioner. She spends her free time spending time with her little brother, 3 dogs and cat.

Physical Therapy Aide
Jason's son, Logan, graduated in the spring of 2025 and is now attending Henderson State University. He has been gaining experience here at WPT, and plans to enter PT school after completing his studies at Henderson. Outside of school, he is active as a competitive trap shooter and enjoys hunting, scuba diving, fishing and swimming.

Bill’s wife, Sandra, has lived in Hot Springs since 1997, graduating from Lakeside in 1999. She has been homeschooling their boys, Bill Jr. & Nate, since 2015 and continues to do so. She enjoys cooking, sewing,
camping, hunting, fishing, and at the end of the day, an intense game of Tetris or Dr. Mario.
